A.P.R. also collects tax and payroll information needed to onboard and administer placements, and sensitive personal information — such as government identification, work-authorization documents, and background-screening results — where reasonably necessary for staffing, employment, verification, or legal compliance.

3. Technology Platform — No Data Collection

A.P.R.'s technology platform products are deployed entirely within the client's own cloud environment (e.g., the client's Microsoft Azure tenant). Because the software runs inside the client's infrastructure:

  • A.P.R. does not collect, store, or process any usage data, platform logs, or operational data
  • A.P.R. does not receive any client member data, nonpublic personal information (NPI), or any information generated within the client's environment
  • The client retains full ownership and control of all data within their environment

A.P.R. personnel access the client environment only in the course of authorized troubleshooting, and only where the client provisions that access. No A.P.R. system receives client data from the client's environment. A.P.R. does not collect, store, or retain client data. Apart from such access, A.P.R. has no visibility into how the platform is used once deployed. The terms of any such access are governed by the client agreement.

4. Data Sharing

A.P.R. does not sell or rent personal information. We may share personal information only in the following circumstances:

  • Within A.P.R. — for efficient internal management of client, vendor, and candidate relationships
  • With client employers — candidate information shared with prospective or placing employers as part of our staffing services, with the candidate's knowledge
  • Background-check providers — where authorized, to verify candidate information as part of the staffing process
  • Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, or court order
  • Service providers — payroll and HR, IT and hosting, cybersecurity and communications providers, and professional advisors, acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate confidentiality protections

5. Data Retention

A.P.R. retains personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, satisfy legal, regulatory, contractual, employment, or business requirements, resolve disputes, or establish or defend legal claims. Information will be deleted, destroyed, or de-identified when no longer required, subject to applicable legal holds and retention obligations.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law, individuals may have rights to access, correct, or delete their personal information, and to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. Requests may be submitted to info@alphaprotemps.com. A.P.R. may verify the requester's identity and will respond within applicable legal deadlines.

7. Security

A.P.R. maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

8. Policy Updates

A.P.R. may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the updated effective date and, where required by law, communicated to affected individuals. The updated policy will be posted on A.P.R.'s websites.

9. Website Technologies

A.P.R. may collect technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, website activity, and access times. A.P.R. may use cookies, analytics, and similar technologies to operate, secure, and improve its websites, subject to applicable law.

10. Security Incidents

A.P.R. will investigate and respond to security incidents involving personal information in accordance with its incident-response procedures and applicable law. Where legally required, A.P.R. will provide appropriate notice to affected individuals, authorities, clients, or other parties.
